Travel
Residents will have the opportunity to travel to IDWeek, a regional Pharmacy Residency Conference, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Midyear Clinical Meeting.
Compensation
The anticipated salary for incoming PGY2 residents is approximately $51,000/year.
Time Off
Residents will accrue paid time off (PTO) throughout the year. A portion of this PTO will be used for attendance at professional meetings. Residents can take 2 weeks of vacation throughout the year however no more than 3 days per any one rotation can be taken. Vacation time requires prior approval and must be taken before June 15th. PTO time cannot be used for weekend staffing shifts.
Residents
will work one major Holiday (Christmas Day or Thanksgiving) and one minor holiday (Memorial Day or New Year's Eve)
